Our Story

In August 2004, Alicia Blankenfeld, 7 months pregnant and looking for a change in career and answered an ad in the local newspaper. Cory and Alicia were excited to be back in their hometown of Grinnell, Iowa and ready to expand their family. They saw the Grinnell market as a great opportunity to provide much needed business services to Grinnell and the surrounding areas. Alicia contacted Mailboxes & Parcel Depot Business Center, a non-franchised Postal, Parcel, Shipping and Business Service center, with the interest in opening a storefront in Grinnell, Iowa. They knew that the future of doing business is evolving and the thought of diversifying and growing with the needs of our customers intrigued us. At the time, owning this type of business was one of the most customer convenient and progressive business concepts available in the independent business opportunity market.

Total Choice has been dedicated to our customers every day since 2004. We provide a full menu of products and services for everything related to printing, graphic design, mailing and business services. Total Choice was established to create the “Complete Business Center” by integrating three separate businesses within one retail store. The business services center concept offers everyone the wonderful convenience of accomplishing many tasks all in one easy stop.
